Key Responsibilities
Collecting information from new Residents
Recording health details of Residents, including vitals
Administering medications and injections
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed
Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output
Required Qualifications
Valid LPN State license
