Job Description

As a Senior Consultant at BCG Platinion, you'll lead digital transformation projects within the US Public Sector, leveraging your IT expertise to develop strategies that create competitive advantages for clients. This role combines strategic insight with hands-on application, offering a unique opportunity to drive impactful change in technology consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end responsibility for individual modules within client engagements
  • Create strategies for digital transformation and win buy-in for recommendations
  • Collaborate with clients to address technology-related challenges
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics or system engineering, business management/administration
  • 4+ years of practical experience in IT consulting, professional software development, or IT project management
  • Exceptional learning and ramp up skills, especially on IT topics such as data and digital platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  • Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise with portfolio and project management of US federal government agencies in a technology consulting context
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance (e.g. DoD Secret / Top Secret)
