Job Description
As a Senior Inside Sales Team Manager at Quill, you'll lead a dynamic team to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your strategic approach and mentoring will empower your team to achieve targets and foster a collaborative environment, making a significant impact on business success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Track and analyze market/team sales data
Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team
Conduct consistent coaching and development sessions
Attend customer account reviews and trade shows
Provide regular performance reports to senior management
Ensure team is calibrated based on business direction
Required Qualifications
High School or GED Equivalent
4+ years sales experience
1+ years sales management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
