Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Health Screener, where you'll play a vital role in collecting life-changing plasma. You'll provide exceptional customer service while performing essential duties such as donor screening, phlebotomy, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor
Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines
Monitor donors during the donation process and manage reactions
Perform setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment
Take and record donor measurements (pulse, blood pressure, temperature)
Enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS)
Support center management in identifying operational opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role
