Key Responsibilities

  • Provide case management for 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum
  • Conduct initial intake and recurring assessments
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide 30+ treatment hours per week
  • Offer Family Guidance consistently
  • Lead and educate Registered Behavior Therapists
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team
  • Plan discharge and transitions for children

Required Qualifications

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
