Intuit is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to work remotely, providing tax advice and return preparation for clients. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while helping customers navigate tax complexities with expert support.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document customer interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
