Responsibilities for a PCHA with Phoebe Allentown:

Responsible for the administration, programming, and management of the personal care facility and independent living where applicable; including the health, safety and well-being of the residents, implementation of policies and procedures and compliance with related regulations.


Requirements for a PCHA with Phoebe Allentown:

  1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
  2. Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field.
  3. Preferably two-year management experience in personal care or related field.
  4. Current Pennsylvania PCH Administrator license required. Nursing license preferred.
