Pay Range: $61,464.00 to $92,206.40
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor of Revenue Cycle is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the Revenue Cycle Specialists. The supervisor guides and coordinates the work of the group towards established goals and objectives and has an in-depth understanding of the processes of their team to troubleshoot issues effectively. They serve as subject matter experts for new employees and to other groups at the direction of the Manager.
This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to handle more progressively responsible assignments.
SCF programs serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population, which is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF’s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness , and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services .
