Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop a high performing team

Required Qualifications
4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
Ability to build and inspire a team
Ability to analyze performance and execute plans
Independent judgement and critical thinking skills
Experience in coaching across customer segments
Ability to maintain relationships with customers and internal partners
Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
