Position Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of ER experience required
- First-time travelers not accepted
- Valid Montana or Compact RN license – Required at time of submission
- 2 supervisory references required (Charge RNs/Leads accepted) covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Modules:
- Non-billable
- Average: 16 hours
- Over 20 hours requires PM approval
- Completed pre-start and annually
- Time self-reported, recorded in Workramp
Scheduling Details
- Block scheduling approved
- Weekends required: Every other weekend
- 48-hour workweeks approved – OT kicks in after 48 hrs/week
- Expected nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:1 to 1:4
- No on-call required
- No floating between units
Special Notes
- Currently covering staffing shortages due to 2 caregivers on FMLA and 3 open ER positions
- Staff and leadership have been covering shifts but need immediate traveler support
- All RTO (Requested Time Off) and specific schedule requests must be submitted upfront
- Post-submittal RTO will NOT be approved
- Inflexibility beyond schedule or RTO may result in contract termination and DNR status
- Local candidates within 50 miles accepted at lower bill rate
- Return Providence staff must wait 3 months before submitting again as travelers
