Job Description

Join Staples as an Inside Sales Manager at Quill, where you will lead sales efforts for a substantial account portfolio. Engage with clients, develop strategic growth plans, and leverage your sales acumen to drive business development and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Create and maintain understanding of accounts and strategic growth plans
  • Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage pipeline
  • Execute sales strategies through various communication channels
  • Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Experience managing complex deals from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Responsibility for retaining and growing accounts
