Job Description
Join OCHIN as the Director of Corporate Training & Organizational Development and lead innovative corporate learning and AI initiatives. Drive employee engagement through strategic training and organizational development in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise learning strategy
Champion the integration of AI and emerging technologies into learning experiences
Design role-based learning journeys and manage internal certification programs
Integrate AI tools into the Learning Management System (LMS)
Lead organizational development initiatives and support change management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, organizational development, or talent enablement
At least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience integrating AI and digital tools into enterprise learning strategies
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, Data Analytics, or Learning Technologies
Experience in Healthcare IT
Change management skills and experience
Proven success in building and scaling learning programs in fast-paced, tech-forward environments
