Job Description

Join OCHIN as the Director of Corporate Training & Organizational Development and lead innovative corporate learning and AI initiatives. Drive employee engagement through strategic training and organizational development in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise learning strategy
  • Champion the integration of AI and emerging technologies into learning experiences
  • Design role-based learning journeys and manage internal certification programs
  • Integrate AI tools into the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Lead organizational development initiatives and support change management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, organizational development, or talent enablement
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience integrating AI and digital tools into enterprise learning strategies
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, Data Analytics, or Learning Technologies
  • Experience in Healthcare IT
  • Change management skills and experience
  • Proven success in building and scaling learning programs in fast-paced, tech-forward environments
