PRN RN Nursery

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration
• Document patient care given
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to care team
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care
• Evaluate learning needs of patients and provide education
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients
• Participate in staff meetings and projects as assigned
