Job Description
As a Senior Regional Manager at Schwab, you will lead and inspire a team of Wealth Advisors, fostering collaborative relationships while driving performance and service quality. Your extensive financial services experience will guide your team in delivering exceptional client advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors
Build and foster relationships with internal partners and clients
Establish strategies to meet asset and service targets
Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality
Perform compliance and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
CFP® designation, CFA® designation, or Master's Degree in Personal Financial Planning
Bachelor's Degree
Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
Active and valid FINRA 66 license
Active and valid FINRA 9/10
Five plus years' experience in the financial services industry
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
