Job Description
Join Raytheon as a Manufacturing Engineer II, where you will develop and improve manufacturing processes while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Utilize your technical expertise and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvements and ensure high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Support manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Disposition non-conforming material with analysis
Drive Continuous Improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers
Tool/fixture development for ergonomics
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
U.S. citizenship for security clearance eligibility
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills
Technical drawing interpretation and GD&T
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Strong communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling and programming
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
