Key Responsibilities
Timely and accurate medication administration and documentation
Perform treatments and document progress as per physician orders
Ensure complete resident care documentation using computerized medical records
Receive and give relevant reports to appropriate staff
Monitor residents and report condition status to charge nurse/supervisor
Complete pre-reviews of medication administration records
Complete required MDS documentation and related observations
Assist in direct ADL care of residents
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
