Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture
Execute and assist in the development of action plans
Manage daily operations focusing on staffing, team member development, and sales growth
Ensure guest experiences and uphold brand standards
Maintain appropriate staffing levels and conduct training
Plan and delegate shift assignments
Manage profitability and control costs
Build community relationships to increase sales
Review performance metrics and develop action plans
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience
