Job Description
Join Amrize as a General Laborer and play a vital role in supporting operations at our asphalt plant. You'll assist in maintaining a safe and organized job site while operating equipment and performing various physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with physical tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, and loading materials
Support skilled tradespeople
Clean and prepare job sites
Use tools under supervision to complete tasks safely
Adhere to workplace safety guidelines
Load and unload materials and equipment
Move and store construction materials as directed
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong listening skills
Understanding of workplace safety rules
Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs)
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
