Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic
Provide nursing leadership and oversee quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
Lead clinical staff to provide efficient, safe, and patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Oregon Registered Nurse License
Washington Registered Nurse License (for locations in Washington)
3 years Direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting
1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting
Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment
Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
