Job Description
Join McFarlane's as an AG Service Manager to lead and coordinate the service department operations, ensuring efficient processes and excellent customer service. You will manage staff effectively, oversee service activities, and maintain financial control while fulfilling customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate operations of the service department
Oversee all Ag, Power Equipment and Auto Service activities
Manage staff for optimum performance
Ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion
Conduct regular staff meetings and monitor work progress
Manage financial statements and control expenses
Recruit and lead service department staff
Ensure compliance with safety procedures
Required Qualifications
Two (2) year technical degree in an engine service-related field (preferred)
Four (4) years experience in service repair field (preferred)
Two (2) years experience in a supervisory role
Familiarity with engine service-related processes and materials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership skills

Project/program management and implementation skills
