Job Description

Join Aarons as a Customer Accounts Advisor to build strong relationships with customers, drive payment collections, and support lease renewals. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer accounts and update information in the system
  • Contact customers to discuss lease agreement renewals
  • Promote benefits of timely lease payments
  • Assist Customer Account Manager in achieving revenue goals
  • Handle merchandise returns and deliveries
  • Clean and certify returned merchandise
  • Complete weekly vehicle maintenance sheets
  • Safely operate company vehicle
  • Assist Sales Team as needed
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management

Required Qualifications

  • 21 years or older with a valid state Driver's License (U.S.) or 18 years in Canada
  • Must meet DOT requirements for certification in required states
  • Ability to work hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of retail/customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High energy and multitasking ability
  • Proper telephone etiquette
  • Proficient computer skills
