Join Aarons as a Customer Accounts Advisor to build strong relationships with customers, drive payment collections, and support lease renewals. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain customer accounts and update information in the system
Contact customers to discuss lease agreement renewals
Promote benefits of timely lease payments
Assist Customer Account Manager in achieving revenue goals
Handle merchandise returns and deliveries
Clean and certify returned merchandise
Complete weekly vehicle maintenance sheets
Safely operate company vehicle
Assist Sales Team as needed
Perform additional duties as requested by management
Required Qualifications
21 years or older with a valid state Driver's License (U.S.) or 18 years in Canada
Must meet DOT requirements for certification in required states
Ability to work hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance
