Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care
Assist with admission and discharge processes
Participate in assessment of patient care quality
Collaborate with management team and subject matter experts
Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery
Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor productivity
Manage supplies and equipment inventory
Required Qualifications
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
Registered Nurse (RN)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience within 4 years of employment start date
