Key Responsibilities
Create human connections with potential residents and family members
Enter information regarding leads accurately into the database
Cultivate leads through phone calls, tours, and visits
Ensure exceptional lead experiences during community events
Required Qualifications
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a 12th-grade proficiency
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Positive and energetic attitude
Professional appearance and conduct
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Criminal clearance
Good health verified by a health screening
