Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Social Worker, supporting adults with serious mental illness in their journey to recovery. You'll provide clinical interventions, engage clients, and collaborate with a dedicated therapeutic team to foster independence and well-being in a culturally competent environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide necessary clinical intervention
Complete client assessments and support clients in meeting individual goals
Advocate on behalf of residents with other service providers
Participate in weekly case conferences and regular staff meetings
Document resident interactions and complete necessary paperwork
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
