Key Responsibilities
Develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements
Analyze and translate requirements into system architecture and interface specifications
Lead test and validation to ensure system designs meet requirements
Monitor supplier performance for system integration
Support fielded hardware and software throughout product lifecycle
Research technology advances for potential business applications
Make recommendations for technological investments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, RF engineering, avionics, computer science, or related fields
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IFF system
Experience with military GPS system
Experience with TACAN system
Experience performing Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) process
Experience with FAA airworthiness certification
Experience with Military airworthiness certification
Experience with Equipment Manager Responsibilities for Avionics Line Replaceable Units (LRUs)
Experience with MIL-STD-1553 data bus analysis
