Key Responsibilities
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot elevators and chairlifts
Monitor construction and installation of new elevators and chairlifts
Provide technical guidance and training to less skilled employees
Ensure optimal performance of elevators and chairlifts
Respond to work orders and perform corrective measures
Replace faulty elevators and chairlifts
Prepare and maintain records and reports
Adhere to safety procedures and regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ten years of experience in elevator and chairlift installation and repair
Extensive knowledge in servicing elevators and chairlifts
Considerable knowledge of OSHA standards
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance and repairs
Preferred Qualifications
Factory certification by one or more elevator manufacturers
