Key Responsibilities
Provide developmentally and educationally based intervention to improve safety and independence
Conduct evaluations and perform six-month reviews of IFSPs
Produce discharge reports and assist with the transition process
Communicate evaluation findings to parents and treatment team members
Establish treatment schedule and provide frequency of services
Develop appropriate home or community programming
Document results of assessment, treatment, and follow-up
Supervise students and provide mentorship
Participate in family and caregiver education
Communicate with management regarding caseload status
