Key Responsibilities
Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems
Diagnoses and performs services on HVAC equipment
Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics
Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
Responsible for delivery and removal of parts and equipment
Records required information on customer calls
Communicates with dispatch for status updates
Delivers excellent customer service
Promotes products and services to customers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with additional training
2 to 5 years’ experience in HVAC
Technical training certification
Valid licensing or certification as required by law
EPA and safety certifications
Skilled at servicing HVAC equipment
Proficient mechanical aptitude
Effective communication skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Flexible hours and on-call shifts availability
