in local post-acute facilitiesMonitoring residents' physical and mental conditions and tracking vital signsPerforming resident intakes and documenting medical histories and health concernsAdministering and verifying medications, tracking usage and effectsMaintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residentsTracking medical records and documentationAssisting with IV setups, immunizations, and phlebotomyManaging medical supplies and maintaining inventoryFollowing resident care plans diligentlyGuiding the orientation and training of new staffQualifications and Skills
Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a
