Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
Handle general building maintenance work orders
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' HVAC and refrigeration service experience
Knowledge of building systems and physical plant
EPA 608 certification
Advanced knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Valid CA driver's license
