As a General Manager, you will lead your store and team, setting high performance standards and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for coaching team members, driving business growth, and maintaining compliance and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee, coach, and develop all store Team Members
Manage overall store performance and meet Company performance standards
Lead the team to reach or exceed sales goals
Supervise cash management and loss prevention
Ensure compliance with Company policies and legal regulations
Maintain a visually pleasing and professional store atmosphere
Utilize personal vehicle for Company business
Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries
Operations experience in a leadership capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
Background check required
Ability to meet physical demands of the position
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
Bilingual English/Spanish
