Key Responsibilities
Help individuals with personal hygiene
Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
Assist participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Take initiative to support participants in community activities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
