Job Title: Equipment Installer - Material Handling Equipment
Hours & Location:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Based in Lakewood, OH
- Travel may be required (including very infrequent overnight stays)
Pay & Benefits:
- $24/hour
- Temp-to-hire with raise upon permanent hire
- Mileage and expenses reimbursed for travel
- Overtime available
- Health insurance (50% employer paid)

- 1 week vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks after 5 years
- 1 week PTO
Job Responsibilities:
- Install structural steel systems including overhead cranes, conveyors, mezzanines, stairways, railings, and fall protection equipment
- Collaborate with project managers for smooth installations
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Operate sit-down tow motor and various hand/power tools
- Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- OSHA 10 certification (provided in first week)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on tool experience
- Willingness to travel and work at heights
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check
- Use of personal vehicle required to travel to worksites
