Job Description
As a Branch Manager at Citizens, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth. You'll create a strong customer-centric culture and develop your colleagues to excel in a dynamic banking environment. Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Leadership experience with proven ability to coach and develop sales
4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking
Successful record of managing objectives in a profit and loss environment
Drive exceptional customer experience validated by surveys
Maintain strong partnerships with community & civic organizations
Compliance with SAFE Act requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Experience in retail banking
