Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial screening and assessment
Provide counseling and crisis intervention
Facilitate use of hospital and community services
Act as a resource for information and referral program development
Provide psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work
LICSW licensure in the state of MA
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a medical environment
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
