RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work variable 3x12 shifts with 36 guaranteed weekly hours
• 1+ year of emergency department experience required
• Required certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS from AHA only
• Must float or work in ED and med-surg as needed - all staff are cross trained
• Work in 4-bed emergency department with 6-8 patient med-surg unit
• Patient ratios: 1:3 (ED varies, estimates not guarantees)
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Dress code: Black scrubs required
• Work the ED and provide oversight to the med-surg department
• Perform initial assessments and assist other nurses as needed
• Care for emergency department, inpatient, observation, and swing bed patients
• Must be a team player with positive and outgoing personality
• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1

This 25-bed critical access hospital serves Blaine County in western Oklahoma, providing comprehensive healthcare services to the rural community.
