Key Responsibilities
Produces quality breads and pastries.
Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
Stocks dry products.
Develops new recipes and production techniques.
Trains production personnel.
Performs production planning and forecasting.
Maintains production modules in the Datapax system.
Provides excellent customer service.
Maximizes sales potential.
Follows health and safety procedures.
Maintains a clean working environment.
Reports safety hazards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
