Job Description

As a Retail Sales Supervisor at Staples, you will lead customer engagement and front store operations, driving sales and providing exceptional service. Join a dynamic team that values your contributions and offers a range of employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations
  • Focus on increasing sales, conversions, and service
  • Provide peer coaching and support to the store team
  • Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
  • Perform Floor Leader role to ensure great customer experience
  • Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
  • Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience selling retail products or services
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organization and adaptability to changing business priorities
  • Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable manner
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
  • Climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
