Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract with guaranteed 48 hours per week
• Blocked schedule requests only accommodated for weekend rotation
• On-call requirements every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday required unless time off approved
• May float to Med Surg or ICU units with lower patient ratios throughout all inpatient areas
• May be tasked as aide if other units need assistance
• Patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2
• Minimum 4 years CVICU experience required
• Must have Level I or Level II Trauma experience
• Required certifications: Kentucky/Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
• EKG test required during compliance process
• CareView/EPIC charting experience preferred, training provided on-site
• Must follow 75-mile radius rule
• Scrub colors: royal blue
• Associate degree or certificate required
• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week
