Job Description
Join CHS Inc. as a Senior Agronomy Sales Representative in Garrison, ND, where you'll engage with farmers and ranchers to drive impactful sales of essential agricultural products and services, making a real difference in the agricultural community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with suppliers and advise on supply economics and strategies
Forecast supply requirements
Manage P and L for assigned territory
Increase sales and margins by prospecting new customers
Facilitate positive long-term relationships with suppliers and customers
Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals
Create and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies
Collaborate with other CHS divisions
Demonstrate effective cross-selling success
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture
Required Qualifications
High School diploma and/or GED
4+ years of sales, business development, business operations or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Agronomy sales experience
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or related field
Outside sales experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
