Join Charles Schwab as the Director of Trust Administration, where you will lead and supervise trust administration teams, ensuring compliance and high performance while developing innovative trust products. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise multiple trust administration teams
  • Develop and maintain a high performing team
  • Create and provide training and support for team members
  • Travel for business events and team engagement activities
  • Oversee overall team performance and conduct annual performance reviews
  • Develop an Ultra High Net Worth administration team
  • Serve as Chair of the discretionary distribution committee
  • Implement oversight of policies, procedures, and controls
  • Prepare and present quarterly summaries of team activities
  • Partner with compliance, audit, and operational risk teams
  • Oversee the timely and accurate execution of core deliverables
  • Serve as Sr. site leader for the Delaware Office location
  • Attend and coordinate external personal trust events
  • Analyze, document, and optimize trust administration processes
  • Help develop business vision and strategy

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years’ experience in personal trust
  • 6+ years of proven success in a leadership role within trust administration
  • Strong knowledge of the principles of trust administration
  • Practical experience in administering trusts governed by Delaware and Nevada law
