Key Responsibilities
Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients
Evaluate and treat patients/clients with various diagnoses and disabilities
Consult with professionals to maximize patient/client independence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need
