Job Description
As a Retail Sales Supervisor at Staples, you'll lead customer engagement and manage store operations, driving sales and providing exceptional service. You'll coach your team for success while benefiting from flexible hours and numerous perks.
Key Responsibilities
Champion customer engagement and oversee store operations
Provide peer coaching and support to the store team
Focus on providing an exceptional store experience
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience selling retail products or services
Effective communication skills
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
Ability to work cooperatively in a high paced environment
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
