Job Description
Join AFC as a Junior Account Manager to fuel the entrepreneurial dreams of independent car dealers. Manage accounts, enhance dealer growth, and provide exceptional customer service while working within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools
Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns
Manage accounts and enhance dealer growth through focused discussions
Manage, service, and mitigate risk on customer accounts
Drive new growth opportunities while managing existing accounts
Required Qualifications
Two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Ability and desire to frequently travel 25-50% within your market
Desire and experience working in a multi-faceted environment
Ability to use and understand technology required for your position
Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as part of a team
High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets
Preferred Qualifications
Previous auto industry experience
Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
