Job Description
Join ID Logistics as a Senior Support Manager for Operations Startups, where you'll lead IT startup operations, mentor teams, and drive performance in a dynamic 3PL environment. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily IT startup operations and resolve technical issues
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT startup team
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Develop strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
Manage projects effectively
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Act as an escalation point for complex issues
Collect and analyze customer feedback
Develop and maintain local networks for optimized performance
Perform system troubleshooting and analysis of warehouse equipment
Own the relationship between technical and production operations
Install software on multiple computers
Ensure security and privacy of networks and systems
Provide orientation to users on new software and equipment
Maintain repair and maintenance records
Manage equipment shortages and place orders
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety rules
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in IT support
At least 3 years in a management role
Strong understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
Experience with warehouse systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong project management skills
