Job Description

Join ID Logistics as a Senior Support Manager for Operations Startups, where you'll lead IT startup operations, mentor teams, and drive performance in a dynamic 3PL environment. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily IT startup operations and resolve technical issues
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the IT startup team
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Develop strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage projects effectively
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Develop and maintain local networks for optimized performance
  • Perform system troubleshooting and analysis of warehouse equipment
  • Own the relationship between technical and production operations
  • Install software on multiple computers
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and systems
  • Provide orientation to users on new software and equipment
  • Maintain repair and maintenance records
  • Manage equipment shortages and place orders
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety rules

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT support
  • At least 3 years in a management role
  • Strong understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
  • Experience with warehouse systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
