Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Behavioral Health Supervisor, where you will lead a dedicated team providing essential therapeutic and support services to adolescents facing significant challenges. This role includes clinical supervision, advocacy, and collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring high-quality care and resources are available to youth in need.
Key Responsibilities
Provide weekly clinical supervision to case planners and case managers
Ensure case planners oversee provision of counseling, vocational/educational, psychiatric and recreational services
Meet with assigned residents for weekly sessions and engage with their families
Advocate with external resources on behalf of residents
Attend family court hearings and community-based meetings
Complete and review clinical documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
Licensed Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Electronic Health Records (MyAvatar)
