Key Responsibilities
Managing food costs and placing orders
Hiring and staffing BOH Team Members
Creating BOH Team Member schedules
Verifying adherence to recipes and portion sizes
Utilizing feedback to improve operations and food quality
Leading and motivating Team Members
Running daily operations of the store
Partnering with Learning & Development for training
Required Qualifications
3+ years of kitchen management experience
State alcohol-server certification
Manager ServSafe Certification
High-level understanding of training and development concepts
Ability to foster teamwork
Leadership skills
Oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
