Key Responsibilities

  • Managing food costs and placing orders
  • Hiring and staffing BOH Team Members
  • Creating BOH Team Member schedules
  • Verifying adherence to recipes and portion sizes
  • Utilizing feedback to improve operations and food quality
  • Leading and motivating Team Members
  • Running daily operations of the store
  • Partnering with Learning & Development for training

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience
  • State alcohol-server certification
  • Manager ServSafe Certification
  • High-level understanding of training and development concepts
  • Ability to foster teamwork
  • Leadership skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
