You will provide diagnostic and treatment services, collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, and contribute to the development of tailored treatment plans in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services
Conduct individual assessments and participate in goal identification and treatment planning
Complete documentation of treatment notes and progress reports
Monitor individuals’ progress and maintain accurate records
Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Provide education and training to staff and families
Participate in team meetings and clinical reviews
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active licensure in Michigan
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Ability to work with consumers with special needs due to neurological disability/TBI
Ability to design, implement, update, and document treatment programs
