Job Description
Join Staples as an Inside Sales Manager and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Quill in the public sector and commercial markets. You'll build strong partnerships with clients, leverage educational contracts, and present tailored solutions that meet customer needs—all while enjoying a flexible remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new revenue from customers in public sector and commercial market
Build territory strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create custom pricing solutions for commercial customers
Ensure smooth transition to account management after customer commitment
Meet and exceed sales quotas and metrics
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek continuous improvement and share best practices
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years sales experience
6 months of relevant experience in the public sector
Ability to cover Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven business development experience
