Key Responsibilities
Maintain and preserve a luxury community ensuring a quality living experience
Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues
Assist residents with general maintenance issues
Prepare makeready schedules and ensure units are ready to lease
Order supplies and equipment from approved vendors
Maintain strong curb appeal at the property
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related multifamily/hotel maintenance experience
Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and general carpentry
HVAC/EPA certification
Fair Housing training
CPO and CAMT certifications (can be obtained after hire)
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
Strong customer service skills
On-call availability
